Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, compounds and dispenses medications, drugs and other medications according to professional standards a and practices. Prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charged and inventory. Consults with nursing and medical staff regarding prescriptions, orders drugs and pharmaceutical detail, patient reactions errors and complaints. Initiates and follows quality assurance and safety policies and procedures. Monitors compliance with all legal regulations and accreditation organizations.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of pharmacology principles. Practices, and techniques to develop special preparations. Knowledge of pharmaceuticals to recognize and advise physicians on potential problems. Knowledge of pharmaceuticals to advise patients on measurement and timing of dosages, use of multiple medications and problem side effects. Knowledge of medical safety standards to assist in manufacturing and working with pharmaceutical substances. Ability to read and interpret prescription information.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must possess current license as pharmacist in state of practice.
Job Description:
Under general direction, provides service and support to ensure efficient, appropriate maintenance and administration of company’s client system within all practices. Provides assistance and training to system users in the Electronic Medical Records System (EMR)
Qalifications:
Must have proficient working knowledge of Citrix Xen App, Citrix Xen Server, Xen desktop and Citrix provisioning Server
Windows 03-08 R2 server and SQL 05/08 server. Microsoft MCSE highly recommended.
SAN exp, Microsoft configuration and system manager
Microsoft Disk Protection Manager
Share point 03-10 and exchange server exp.

Job Description:
Under the direct supervision, perform a variety of venipuncture techniques and collects blood specimens from patients in support of laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
The Phlebotomist reports to the Lab Coordinator and maintains a cooperative working relationship with patients, patients' families, medical staff, and interdepartmental personnel.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of recent, directly related experience to include 3 months practicum gained in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory setting.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Phlebotomy Certificate, MLT (ASCP) Certificate, or MA/LPN/RN License appropriate to state in which employed.
Job Description:
Under direct supervision: responsible for obtaining, tracking and entering drug/chemotherapy authorizations in PM and EMR system
Qualifications:
2 + yrs Drug Authorizations experience
2 + yrs Verification of Insurance benefits experience
Oncology experience
EMR experience
Computer literate: Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
